oliver twist and the victorian era
the Victorian era is when queen Victoria once ruled england from 1837 to 1901. she ruled purposely because of the British people. And as for that profits were made to the British empire. Also not only was it called the Victorian era but it was also named the period of peace. during the Victorian era child labor became notorious for the employment of young children in factories and mines. by 1840 at least about 20 percent of the kids in London ever got educated. about 20 years pasted and half of the children between the age of five and fifteen were in school. what i am trying to explain is that everyone in the family would be working. works that would be attended would be like chimney sweeping, and to become a servant.

I liked your use of statistics--it gave me, as the reader, a more specific impression of the era. Where is your information from? You should include it as a citation.
ReplyDeleteNext time, remember simple grammar and mechanics:
1. Capitalize the first letter of sentences.
2. After periods, push the space bar twice.
3. Capitalize your title in the correct locations.
4. Use commas: "Also, ..."
